myvitamins: August 2017 Review

If you buy vitamins and supplements from your local supermarket or health store you will know how much these little bottles can cost. The UK population spent a staggering £360 million last year alone. myvitamins have slashed these costs for their subscribers and provide a direct delivered box of snacks and vitamins for only £14.49. Each box comes jam-packed with enough vitamins to last you through the month.

This has to be one of our most favourite ways to find new health products and each box comes packed with over £35 worth of goodies, making the £14.49 sound even better, and if you subscribe for more than 3 months you get even more discount.

The box was delivered a few days after being ordered and came in a really sturdy branded presentation box. Inside we found a good verity of snacks, coffee and vitamins.

Myvitamins Omega 3, 6 & 9

Coming in the form of soft gel capsules, these tablets contain a blend of fish and plant oils to help your body every day. Omega 3-6-9 contains essential fatty acids and have been proven to help the heart function normally.

Myvitamins D3

Humans normally get their vitamin D from sunlight, but with the British weather being …. well British weather, we do not get as much as we should. Vitamin D is a great boost for our immune system. Let’s hope this will keep away all those pesky colds.

Myvitamins Joint Effort

Joint Effort contains vitamin C and helps us keep moving, these are an ideal supplement for avid gym goers to prevent injury to knees and joints.

Myprotein Chocolate Flavour Baked Cookie

Yes, you read that right, chocolate in a health box. These low fat, high protein cookies are a great post gym work out snack, helping to aid in recovery. These are really tasty and satisfy any cravings while on a diet.

Oatein Super Cookie

We received the salted caramel flavour, yum yum. These cookies are also packed with protein, boasting over 17g. A super tasty healthy treat.

Trek Coca Energy Bar

I really like Trek bars, all their flavours are really good and are great to keep in your daily bag in case you are feeling peckish. Better still these bars a gluten, wheat and dairy free.

BeetActive Concentrated Beetroot Juice

Beetroot juice has been popping up a lot on the internet lately, there are a lot of people talking about the health benefits. It’s defiantly not for everyone, but it’s well worth a try and we are sure you will notice the difference in your workout.

Beanies Flavour Coffee Variety Pack

If all that was not enough for you, you also get 12 amazing flavoured Beanies coffees. You’ll find everything from Irish Coffee to Cookie Dough. Pop one in your bag every day before heading to work and make your 11’s extra special. We are sure you won’t want to share these.

Overall I could not be happier with myvitamins, one of the few boxes on the market that give you such a variety and a pleasant surprise each month. We are really looking forward to next months box.
